Babe Ruth Strawberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Spinach optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia or Flaxseeds optional
  • Ice

Add ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. The ice can be added after blending or crushed and blend with the ingredients. 

Lovely Greens Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ cup Grapes
  • 1 ½ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Banana
  • Ice

Chocolate Powerhouse Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • Ice

Peach Blueberry Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilled almond or vanilla soy milk
  • 4 slices fresh or frozen peaches (around 1/2 cup) 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Handful of kale
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon.

Combine them all and blend until smooth. Ice can be added, either crushed or cubes.

Pineapple Passion Smoothie:

A small fact before going into the recipe, pineapples contains an enzyme that helps in reducing bloating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat or light vanilla yogurt 
  • Six ice cubes
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks’

Combine them all and blend until smooth. 

Orange Dream Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 navel orange (peeled)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free, half-and-half milk or fat free yogurt
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Add them all in the blender and blend till it's smooth.
