Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, and Paypal payments. All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

SALES
Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified.

LEAD TIMES 
All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back-ordered or delayed. Custom projects require 4-6 weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

PRODUCT
Each item has been made by hand. Any natural variations are considered unique and characteristic of the crafting technique utilized in the making of the piece. We are not responsible for variations in the color of items due to individual monitor color settings.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders All custom orders need to be placed by contacting Nivas Collection. Custom orders require a minimum of 4-6  weeks for production.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We have spent a great amount of time to make our photographs as accurate as possible. Slight variances can sometimes occur between photographic representation and the actual product.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered a final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Once packed for shipment, orders cannot be cancelled. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders.

DAMAGES
All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

SHIPPING CHARGES 
The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product. We ship to the shipping address provided by you via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-7 days for delivery on products listed "In Stock". For "made to order" items please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

For international orders, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 5 -14 days for delivery on products listed "In Stock". For "made to order" items please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.

Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.
