Honey Blackberry Mint Mocktail by Bowl of Delicious
Total time: 10 min – Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh blackberries plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup honey
- a handful fresh mint leaves about 10, plus more for garnish
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups seltzer
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the blackberries, honey, and mint until very well blended.
- Add the lemon juice and water, cover, and shake to mix.
- Strain the mixture into two glasses with ice.
- Top each glass with 1 cup of seltzer.
- Garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
Kiwi Mojito Mocktail by Lincy’s Cook Art
Total time: 20 min – Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 2 Kiwis, chopped
- 1 big lemon
- Few springs of mint leaves
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey
- 300ml of soda water
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Halve the lemon and thinly slice them. In a mortar and pestle or in a cocktail tumbler add one chopped kiwi, half the lemon slices, few mint spring or leaves and crush or muddle the ingredients all together to release the flavours.
- In a jug or glass transfer the crushed ingredients with honey, soda water and with some ice cubes.
- Mix well and serve with some more kiwi pieces, lemon slices and mint sprigs.
Note:
- Add a touch of pepper powder for taste variation.
- You could a piece of ginger while crushing or use gingerale instead of soda water.
Virgin Piña Colada by High Heels and Grills

Ingredients:
- 1cup pineapple juice
- 1cup canned coconut milk {I use full fat}
- 1/4cup granulated sugar
- 1/4cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 vanilla extract
- 8cups cubed ice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Mexican Strawberry Water by AllRecipes
Total time: 4h 25min – Servings: 10
Ingredients:
- 4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup white sugar
- 8 cups cold water
- 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
- 8 fresh mint sprigs
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together sliced strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Remove the strawberry mixture from the refrigerator and pour into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the blended berry mixture through a wire mesh strainer set over a large mixing bowl; discard the pulp and seeds.
- Add the remaining 7 cups cold water to the pureed strawberries and mix well. Place the Aqua de Fresa in the refrigerator to chill for several hours or pour over ice and serve immediately. Garnish with lime slices or mint leaves.

Ingredients:
Watermelon Lime:
- 1 6-to 7-lb. watermelon
- Simple syrup
- Zest of 2 limes
- Juice of 4 limes (about 1/2 cup total)
Honeydew Ginger Mint:
- 2 4-lb. honeydew melons
- Simple syrup
- 2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Cantaloupe Basil:
- 1 6-lb. cantaloupe
- Simple syrup
- 2 large sprigs fresh basil
Directions:
- Remove the skin and seeds from the melon (pick one from above); cut into 2-inch pieces (you should be left with about 4 pounds total).
- Make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer (don’t stir) until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the flavorings (everything but the melon); let cool completely. Strain into a small bowl or measuring cup.
- In a blender, working in two batches, puree half the simple syrup mixture and half the melon until smooth. Strain into a metal loaf pan or square pan; repeat with remaining syrup and melon. Cover and freeze until set, about 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, using a fork, scrape the surface of the melon ice to create large flakes. Transfer to glasses, top with a splash of soda water, and serve with additional fruit, if desired.
Ginger Peach Soda by Woman’s Day
Total time: 45 min – Servings: 8
Ingredients:
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 very ripe peaches
- 2 liter Seltzer
- 16 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, bring 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger to a gentle simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove simple syrup from heat, cover, and steep for about 30 minutes.
- Over a medium bowl, pour syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing minced ginger against sieve with the back of a spoon to extract flavor. Discard ginger. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Evenly distribute peach slices among 8 tall glasses. For each glass, lightly press peaches with the back of a wooden spoon to release their juice. Pour about 2 tablespoons chilled syrup over peaches. (Store remaining syrup in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.) Add ice cubes; then top with seltzer. Stir to distribute syrup, peach juice, and seltzer evenly. Garnish with 2 mint leaves.
Spicy Lemon Ginger Switchel by AllRecipes
Total time: 10 min – Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, fresh ginger, and cayenne pepper in a glass jar. Stir or shake well to combine.
